# How to Buy Ribbit

Before we are able to make our RIBT purchase, we first need to transfer Avalanche (AVAX) into our wallet from any DEX supporting Avalanche C-Chain.

Let's use Binance as an example:

* Make sure you have Avalanche (AVAX) in your Binance wallet. If not, purchase AVAX on Binance.
* Go to your wallet, look for AVAX and click on Withdraw.
* Copy/Paste your MetaMask Avalanche wallet address.
* Please choose the Avalanche (AVAX C-Chain) and insert the amount you want to send to your wallet.
* Please note there is a small transaction fee for transferring AVAX from your Binance wallet to your Avalanche MetaMask wallet. 
* Now press submit and wait for your AVAX to arrive in your MetaMask Wallet.

Now that you've succeeded in transferring AVAX into your MetaMask wallet, please go to the [Trader Joe DEX](https://traderjoexyz.com/home#/) and select the **Trade** option from the top of the screen. Select the source token as AVAX and the target token as RIBT.

If RIBT does not show up on the exchange, please use the address provided below to purchase RIBT. Simply copy/paste the address.
